Take line 7 until Francos Rodriguez, then follow flour west along calle de Francos Rodriguez until the CP
Driving directions (from Cuzco):
On the M30 take exit 26 to c/ Cantalejo, av. Miraflores, follow the road, on the second round about take the second exit dir. Calle del Valle de Mena. Follow the road, at the second round about, take the first exit to Calle de Antonio Machado. Stay on calle Antonio Machado until you are on calle Francos Rodriguez. CP indicated with flour. Also, stop reading these instructions and just user your phone, dont torture yourself.

Take metro line 5 (green) to El Capricho, and get out at the front of the train.

Take M-40 clockwise to exit 8 Av de Logroño. Turn left under M-40 along Av de Loroño taking 3rd right downhill Manuel Aguilar Muñoz. Take the third right just before Metro Calle Rioja to CP just before Metro El Capricho.
